Works well in the rain and with a heavy coat

Today I used this product for the first time in the rain in New York with a heavy winter coat. My weight is 10 pounds. the chihuahua loved to ride and i was able to carry him quite a distance with no shoulder pain. The strap is very well padded and wide to distribute the weight. I recommend. A NOTICE. The "longest" setting for the strap is a bit tight due to the oversized coat. I am a small woman - this is normal for me but can be a bit tight for a tall person.
