Review on Thumper Versa Lower Body Massager by Sally Wiesner

I give this car two stars because the build quality is cheap! I have had 3 of these units in the last 5 years and they always broke. I would give them 5 stars if the foot pads design was more durable due to the quality of the massage, but the plastic ALWAYS breaks right under the pads! I've called the factory several times and even sent one back with warranty. The guarantee sucks because you have to pay for shipping to/from Canada which isn't cheap. I opened one that no longer works and it's a fuse they install that also blows which isn't obvious and you could be wasting the shipping cost sending it back for less than $1. When I called the manufacturer of my second broken device, he asked me how long and how often I use it and I said every day for about 20 minutes and he replied that they are for use only, maybe 1-2 minutes per day and I was over using it!? For real? For a $300 device, I prefer it if it's a little more reliable. I never used these programs and for me they were a waste of time as was the remote control. This money had to be invested in upgrading the plastic footpeg control levers. Buyers beware, unless you're going to use it gently for about a minute a day!
