These shorts fit well and are really comfortable. I initially ordered a medium bc I didn’t want it too tight. It was comfortable but a little looser than I’d like. I ordered a small (my true size based on the size chart) and it fit perfectly. I am 5’4” 29” waist 38” hip. The elastic band is very stretchy so there’s a lot of give. The knocked down a star because the string was attached to the front of the band asymmetrically (more to the right), but you can’t really notice when you tie it. I ordered this same design from a different brand and it was closer to the center. I’m not sure if it’s a brand difference thing or if it’s a quality control thing. But it doesn’t bother me too much, so I will be keeping it.
