This nice thick mat provides excellent protection for your back, knees, hips, …. all of it! I use this over a cold hard tile floor and it’s like I’m on my own island of cushiony bliss. Since I use it everyday I rarely actually roll it up and use the strap provided, but it it easily rolls up and slips back onto the carry strap.Love. It. Get. It. Thank me later. Byeeeeeee!
