I've never had to wear flannel sheets like this for babies. I (thankfully) read other people's reviews about it. I already washed them like I normally do with sheets. I NEVER tumble dry, only in the sun. I just washed them according to the printed MINUTE instruction (easy to miss) and we'll see. At least they softened this morning. I find it interesting to add a cup of vinegar as that's usually how paint gets fixed! So I think the key to these sheets is soft, soft, soft. I also don't like using fabric softener. Well, I miss the Portuguese flannel sheets. So sad that everything has to be made in Asian sweatshops these days. I bought a pair of Revain Pinzons a few years ago and have never had to mess with them that much. I hope their quality doesn't disappoint either.
