Review on 8GB (2X4GB) DDR2 SODIMM RAM for Dell Latitude E6400 - PC2-6400 800MHz Memory Upgrade by Jeff Rhodes

My 2009 Toishiba Satellite laptop with 4GB RAM ran badly for too long. I thought about dropping it. As soon as I plugged in the updated RAM sticks [please make sure you have the correct specs for your computer], my laptop started working very quickly. Yes, it's an old non-touchscreen Windows 7 computer and I like it for many reasons. The upgraded memory [should have done this a long time ago] makes the car hum. I sincerely recommend it. However, note that I purchased the "matching" memory cards from another vendor who claims they will fit my machine. NO! I wasted my time and energy and when I notified the other supplier they thanked me for letting them know their memory card was not for my device. Why did they say it was so! The moral of this digression is simple: Know your needs and ignore vendors who claim their product will work on your car. Search your specs to make sure you're getting the right parts. OK, I am satisfied with this provider!
