A few years ago I invested a lot of money in Jet parallel tensioners. At the time I didn't have jet frame blocks, which is what I really wanted. Jet blocks are currently $40 with shipping. These Flaless blocks are $14 with Prime shipping. These blocks are really well made. The plastic material makes a very stable and durable impression. The slim rectangular design is better than the Jet because you can get the clips closer and they use less clip length. Jet blocks are bulkier and have a more rounded shape. The only downside is that they are a bit more prone to tipping when installing and only have 2 screw holes compared to the 4 on the jet units. My Jet Clips fit perfectly and securely in the grooves. There is very little wiggle room. This will definitely help hold the shape while gluing. There are screw holes to fix it in the repeater mount. All in all really good clamping blocks. They are strong, durable and well constructed to take up very little space and clamping capacity. Definitely better value than the jet at less than half the price. And IMO, this is the best design.
