Review on Taigin Compability Shimano Tektro Semi Metal by Joe Jordan

There are no complaints about them at all. 6 pairs all spring and cotter pin, at this price you can't go wrong. Especially for semi-metal. I haven't used them much, but I use them on the front of a motorized bike, fairly quickly too, and I use the front brake a lot as the rear brake is a simple band brake typically used on a tricycle. So far they show no sign of significant wear, and my last set, which cost me $20 for a set of organic pads, showed significant wear in the first 20 or so miles. This pair was a very well known brand name (won't advertise them) but I guess more expensive doesn't always mean better quality, of course I'm comparing organic vs semi-metal. The price is good enough so it would still be great if they wore roughly the same thing. I did notice that they are a bit thinner than the more well known brands but then again they are at this price point and last longer. I will definitely buy more when they become available when I need more.
