I've only had this laptop for a day and already regret my purchase. While the build quality of the laptop is good, which is to be expected from a 1300+ laptop, the software side leaves a lot to be desired. This laptop comes with software called "MSI Creator Center" that allows you to sign up for a warranty, access different battery modes, keyboard backlight power, and various computer configurations. On paper this software is very useful but in reality it is crash prone and full of bugs. The software crashed more than 3 times the day I had this laptop and after the last crash, CREATOR WILL NOT EVEN OPEN. At first it got stuck on initializing the SDK, but then it started saying it was blocked by a firewall or antivirus, although at least it was opened beforehand. exploit; and MSI's support is absolutely terrible and for some reason can't help the software that uses their entire line of products. The lack of support for supposedly professional software is completely unacceptable. If you're considering buying a workstation laptop, avoid MSI.
