Review on Get Comfortable With Spenco Total Support Gel Insoles - Women'S 9-10.5/Men'S 8-9.5 by Aaron Martz

This is my second pair; I have one in a pair of Air Maxx and one in a pair of dress shoes. I have wider feet, so getting the exact size makes my feet feel squished and since I am on my feet a lot (10,000 steps avg). My feet and knees would get sore. With these insoles I do order a 1/2 size up and have to cut a part of the top off but these are the best insoles I have found thus far. I can be on my fee for a good 6-8 hours and not have fatigue. Not so good for athletic events, as they do add weight to your shoes. But for everyday wear to keep my legs feeling fresh these are great.
