Good, could be better.
Light. And strong enough for a 150 pound person. The height is adjustable up to 3 feet which is nice. But the adjustment buttons are very difficult to press without injuring yourself, and if you move your foot, the button pops out of every hole. The entire height adjustment method is a real pain. I'll probably just keep my feet at 3ft. However, this means that I cannot fold the block as the legs need to be the shortest length to fold. The entire adjustment system needs to be redesigned. Other than that, it's a useful tool.
