Review on 🍲 Strata Home Collection Monoprice Sous Vide Immersion Cooker 800W - Adjustable Clamp, Digital LED Touch Screen, Easy to Clean - Black/Silver by Simo Ramsey

I bought this because of the cost and performance directly comparing to Anova Precision. I don't need stupid WIFI or Bluetooth so that seemed like a great deal. I compared it directly to an old Anova Precision Circulator. The pump just doesn't produce anywhere near what the Anova Precision does. Compared to the specs it's 2.25 gallons (8.50 liters) per minute and the Anova pump: 2.1 - 2.4 gallons per minute 7-8 liters per minute. So on paper, this model should perform just as well as Anova. It's not like this. If I had to guess, it's a whopping 40% less powerful than Anova. It just won't cut for me. I had my wife compare without telling her and she said the same thing. I really wanted to like it. Other than that, it just seems like a great device and the size and footprint are very comparable to the old Anova. I just don't accept less pump power (= less power), so everything comes back. Hope this helps at least someone else.
