Review on Wagan EL2546 Solar E Cube 1500 by Robert Demissie

I just wanted to put in my two cents . I actually bought the "Wagan Tech 2547 Solar e Power Cube 1500 Plus" back in 2014, and apparently it has been updated and is no longer listed here on ebay. We just recently had the longest power outage since we moved here to NC, of 15 hours. This was the first time we actually had to use the power cube. We charge it every 90 days. After 3 hrs of outage, I plugged in each of our 2 refrigerators for 1.5 hrs each, Then after another 3 hrs, I did the same. So I basically ran both refrigerators for 3 hrs each for a total of 6 hrs. The unit never got low enough to shut off. In fact the voltage went down only to 11.5V . Of course I know the refrigerators cycled during that 1.5 hrs, so it wasn't a constant draw, but still . this unit did what I had hoped. It kept our refrigerators from defrosting. We are certainly very happy with our Wagan unit. We keep the unit in our sunroom and it was super easy to wheel it into the kitchen and to the inside garage door (We used a 15ft extension to the Garage refrig). Thought I'd mention it here for this unit, as it appears to be very close to the unit we have.
