Review on Kinesio Tape Gold Blue Bulk by Chris Floyd
I was really surprised at how great this tape works.
My physical therapist suggested trying this tape to help with rib/cartilage pain. Seemed silly, but then I was completely surprised "that it gave me pain relief where options were limited. My PT showed me how to use the tape so I could apply it myself. The best part is that the tape can last 2-3 days and is in the shower waterproof so I don't have to reapply it every day.
