Review on 2K&2-Way Audio&Floodlight Tonton Portable LCD Security Camera System: 7" IPS Touchscreen Monitor, 4CH NVR & 4 3MP Cameras W/ PIR Sensor + 32GB SD Card by Jeff Swanson

I have purchased both the 4-Channel and 8-Channel NVR's and cameras. Both stationary and PTZ type cameras. All work well. Had a bit of a problem with the PTZ camera's after performing a firmware upgrade from the TonTon website (it is recommended that if you want to upgrade the firmware, contact Support first so you get the right version). The PTZ functionality stopped working after the upgrade. I contacted support and they were very responsive and after several attempts to get the PTZ problem corrected, their support staff was able to provide me with a solution that corrected the problem. Abby, at TonTon support, was excellent in sticking with it to get the problem resolved. TonTon's support website for updates could be better organized so users don't accidentally upgrade their equipment to the wrong firmware versions. Also, it would be nice if you could backup all video at one time, rather than having to do ranges. However, overall, I would recommend TonTon equipment. A+++ for customer service support as well.
