These bulbs look very nice and give a nice warm light. I replaced a couple of 28 watt, 435 lumen halogen bulbs with 500 lumens at only 5.5 watts. That means I get about 15% more light at a fifth of the power. It's difficult to take good pictures with a cell phone, but the lightbulbs on the left are new and the ones on the right are old. You can see they are much brighter. They also dim well with my Wi-Fi dimmer.
