Won't hold position

Plastic clamp, self-tapping screws for retention. The mirror does not stay where it is on the steering wheel. If I need to see behind, I usually turn the mirror on the steering wheel. I just drive around town and try to keep an eye on the weird heads behind me. Wouldn't buy again.
