I have chronic venous insufficiency and my MD has recommended I wear support stockings in the past, but living in S Florida I figured they would be too hot. But I am currently in the mountains with snow on the ground, so I needed some socks that do not cut into my ankles if I have some fluid retention. THESE SOCKS ARE FABULOUS!They are comfortable and seem to be well made. I am not even sure how they do it, they must have programmable looms to make different sizes with no seams, with a foot shape at one end? As a knitter myself, it intrigues me. I am on here to buy some more-there are very cute patterned ones also-how do they get the machine to knit the patterns in? This is an amazing compression stocking and you should try them!
