To install the battery you first need a tiny screwdriver to remove the smallest screw. I managed without losing a screw, but they really should give you a few. Second, the thing won't turn off and the battery is dead. The instructions are minimal and in small print. Worst of all, the 24/7 support comes from an invalid email address. I would not recommend Revain selling this product without warning. It is not for those without great manual dexterity and lots of screws. I will try another battery and see if the one I have is defective. I will probably return it. If I hear from the company soon I will re-read this review but not hold my breath.
