The filter was "white" and after the o-ring was put on it didn't fully tighten, fuel flows, keeps trying to tighten, it just spins like it was ripped off? Then I couldn't remove it and had to remove the whole pump to try to remove the filter and finally had to damage it to remove the filter? It's like having $70 to throw away. Had the same problem with the second "white" filter, again after fitting the filter onto the pump with the pump off and hand tightening, then turned it 1/4 turn with the oil filter wrench and it looked like it was ok reassembled on truck and it was leaking. back up like the o-ring wasn't on the ? Tried to get tight and had the same twist problem as if he was naked? Again I had to remove the pump, and now with the help of someone holding a screwdriver to pry it off the pump as I unscrew it, I removed the filter. The problem I see is that there is NO o-ring groove like the NAPA filters I've always used. The new Delco A/C was blue and had a couple of o-ring protrusions, but the Premium that was in the parts store had an o-ring protrusion
