When I started working on this chassis to house my system I noticed a few things that could/should be improved : 1. The noise insulation on the side walls is made of foam. I recently built a couple of systems around a P5 chassis that uses fiber padding and thought it would be the same. There is no such happiness. This is where foam comes into play. What's the problem with foam? Over time, the foam crumbles. When heated, decomposition accelerates. I absolutely do not expect this foam to turn into dust and clog my radiators. On the sides they put sound-absorbing material (albeit of poor quality), but nothing about it at all.3. The metal in this case is some of the thinnest I've come across. This does NOT help keep the chassis rigid.4. The power supply area is configured to remove dust and pet hair from the floor. Although there is a filter at the bottom of the case, it is very difficult to clean. My solution was: a. Seal the bottom openings in the case with tape.b. Cut a hole in the PSU duct to allow the PSU to draw air out of the case. c. Install the power supply with the fan facing up. This means I could only use three screws and had to drill a hole for one of them. So I've been thinking a lot about different aspects of this case, but most of that thinking was wasted due to such poor implementation. If you have the time and ambition this can make a pretty good argument, but it will still be flimsy and I won't delve into foam turning to dust.
