Post-Workout Massage

I love this tool to stretch the aching muscles of the back, buttocks and legs. This is a great product. One thing I do want to say is that it's too big to really get to those sore neck muscles; it probably needs to be half that size to be effective there. Someone else can use it on you to avoid sore fingers, or you can use it on yourself if you can get hold of it :)
