It really works. I think the most important part of this kit is the tongue scraper. It doesn't look or feel high tech in any way, but it works better than ANY other I've tried. And I've tried many products to freshen my breath, but all of them only worked for a very short time. This will keep you fresh for most of the day and your breath won't stink towards the end of the day either. Of course, mouthwash and spray also help. If this doesn't work for some people, it's probably because they have another issue that should be checked with a dentist or doctor, but I suspect this product will still have some benefits.
