They sent a used bed bug cover except for a new one.
I ordered a brand new mattress topper as the cation didn't have a real problem but it's a busy city. After putting it on I noticed that this mattress topper was USED after one day. Holes in it and little black dots, dead bugs I guess. I am very dissatisfied with this product and I am unhappy that this production allowed this to happen. I strongly advise you to be careful and order from these people, you might end up in the same situation I am in.
