I have purchased these sleeves twice. These little things have solved my issues with calluses that form between toes and on the outside of the big toe.They are a very snug fit without squeezing, which means once you are wearing one or four, you will forget they are on your toes. Sometimes I will wiggle my toes in my shoes; and, because the items fit snugly together and don't want to move, it is an odd feeling but I get over it when I remember about the sleeves. To remove the sleeves use soapy water. You don't have to, but doing so retains the original shape for long-term reuse. I wash these with just and soap and water. The sleeve stretches when I am too lazy to use soapy water, but can still be used, though not as effectively. My walking was so painful because of one particular callus spot. The pain of two bones between two toes is gone; the tenderness is gone, as long as I wear these dudes. I highly recommend them.
