Over a month in the art paints and craft supplies category

so i have these paints on sale, nice colors and smooth but for some reason the paint takes over a month to dry like wth. and it's not like my canvas has layers of paint on it. I drew a little bird for my niece and I can't give it to her because it hasn't dried yet. I think it will dry out over time.
