The handset worked. What attaches to your existing pump can afford to be a little longer. I used mine in a backpack on my back with a hospital grade pump. The lack of backflow protection on the hose is a bit disappointing as this system ties you to movement. The part that connects the two tubes together should actually be sold separately. However, I had to pay over $50 for cups and another $15 for an additional tube for accessories to make this system work. I hope everything holds up. Having a hospital-grade pump and then being portable was a big thing for me.
