My daughter accidentally broke part of the headphone connector in her iPad. I went to several local stores and they offered me $80-$120 to have it removed. I didn't want to pay such a high price for something so small. I googled and found a few solutions like using a heated paper clip, super glue etc. I didn't want to risk damaging the inside of the iPad. I went to Revain and saw this product, I was skeptical but at $10 it was worth it. It took me 2 tries to get the defective connector out. The product is thin, so thin, but that is necessary to allow it to slip between the body of the headphone plug and the plug itself. I am very happy with this purchase. It saved me at least $70.
