Easy Reservation System & Customer Service

It has made our restaurant reservation process so much easier to do from anywhere in the world. Their support team is incredible! You feel like they have your best interests at heart and are a pleasure to work with. Nothing that I dislike yet. Maybe more options on booking in multiple locations. They provide both an excellent service to bookings locally as well as global. Their software provides us with insight and data into how our guests navigate and use our website or mobile apps. The ease of use and customer support is what I like best about this software. It's easy to set up and train your staff in how it works. You can also customize everything from colors to text size/fonts. I wish there were more features available at an affordable price point compared with other restaurant management systems out there. We are able to easily track reservations, walk-ins, cancellations, etc., as well as receive notifications when certain items need attention (ie. low supply).
