It has made our restaurant reservation process so much easier to do from anywhere in the world. Their support team is incredible! You feel like they have your best interests at heart and are a pleasure to work with. Nothing that I dislike yet. Maybe more options on booking in multiple locations. They provide both an excellent service to bookings locally as well as global. Their software provides us with insight and data into how our guests navigate and use our website or mobile apps.

Seating Ninja is so easy to use! Customer support can be reached through email or phone 24/7 (even weekend) if needed in an emergency situation like we had recently with COVID-19 closures across our entire country that caused us some serious issues around seating availability at one of my restaurant chains. I love how customizable this tool makes it as well when you have not enough seats available during peak hours - they allow guests who are ready but may miss their reservation time window toβ¦
