Review on LookingGlass by Keith Aluguvelli

The product is easy for our users with no technical knowledge at all, it just works! We have been using this system since last 6 years now without any issues or complaints from my side as well of other colleagues who are working in different parts within looking glass organization like India etc., I do not know why there should be such negative reviews about them? They work good they deliver what you need when asked (or required) but most importantly - their support team has always helped me out whenever needed even if that was something very simple which could solve some problem instantly!! Highly recommended. Nothing much so far nothing bad either :) Just try solving problems once before going through negativity towards an organisation/product / service provider!! Solving business related IT security needs!
