It was extremely easy to set up and there are different levels of brightness to choose from. There are 3 basic settings, but in each setting there are 5 different brightness variations. I also chose this one because it uses a suction cup instead of a strong clip and I didn't want to damage the screen with the clip. The suction seems strong - even stuck to my computer with the protective plastic on the mug for a while. At first I was hesitant to remove the protective plastic because the plastic on the suction cup feels a bit sticky, but I think it's just the texture of the plastic because my fingers don't tear anything off when I touch it. Definitely happy with my purchase!
