The best part about this service was that it allowed me access into my patient's chart remotely which helped eliminate errors while transcribing their notes from visit or procedure visits as well when they were no longer with us! It took time getting used too but once you do its worth every second spent using them because there are so many benefits I can't even begin tell what some may be here; however one benefit i did notice right away after having been working w/them awhile ago now (about 2 years)is how quick &amp fast responses come back if needed via email regarding any issues encountered during use - something we have not experienced very often at other similar software platforms where support staff seem more like robots who just read off answers without giving much thought themselves rather than engaging directly by responding personally.
