Its flexibility makes it easy to create unique processes or adapt existing toolsets to fit your needs. It takes some time getting used to the tool but once you do its very intuitive and powerful! As with any software there are occasional issues when dealing with certain suppliers such as large orders that can take hours to process however this has generally been resolved quickly by support staff. We use TcpInPoint primarily within our internal team who upload products from various sources (eBay, supplier) onto our site (Amazon marketplace). This allows us to have full control over what goes through and ensures we get timely information about shipments.
