run and load times are pretty good overall and it's nice on longer fingers but it doesn't massage my thumb at all due to the individual shape of the finger slots and unfortunately my articulated thumb is the worst due to RA. It doesn't work on the wrist either. I have this massager and one from Lunix and Lunix is better for my arthritis. A more comfortable massager would be good for tendinitis in the upper arms or arthritis or RSI in fingers other than the thumb. I like the option with both. I like a general massage, but again it depends on what you need it for. If you have health conditions like thumb arthritis or wrist problems like carpal tunnel syndrome, choose Lunix. If you need a little relaxation with a hand massage, choose a comfortable one.
