Don't waste your time and money
I bought these fans to replace OEM parts in my 2012 MacBook Pro. They were very easy to install, but since restarting my laptop I could only hear noise from these fans. So yes they work, but they are quite heavy and only get stressed when the CPU gets hot and they run faster.
