I love how easy it was to set up my first event using this service! It's so simple - you can just walk through the steps needed to create your event with no problems or issues.

There are also tons of tutorials online about all aspects of their services if something isn't clear, which makes things much easier than having to call them out front and ask questions. The only downside we've experienced thus far has been some glitches when adding people to our RSVP list but they're working hard to fix those as well. We've had great success being able to invite guests from outside of our office into a Zoom meeting via JRI while still maintaining social distancing guidelines.
