I'm 2x but I've ordered 3x based on reviews and it fits perfectly (not tight or loose). I would say if I had a large bust it would be tight in the chest. It's very warm, but I don't like that it has buttons, especially since they're too far apart, creating gaps for air to get in through. Photos which are my only reason to buy. I just have to add a little concern to that. Anyway it still flies and I'm the only one I've seen with it which is a bonus.
