Great little desk, bad instructions

Diagram did not look like some of the pieces, but it still went together. Then I could not figure out how not to get it to tilt. You can adjust that by tightening the big knobs under the desk -- get it to the tilt you want and lock it in. I wish there had been more info to make that clear. Also, the seller says to contact customer service if there is an issue, yet there was no contact info in the box and I don't see any here. Nice desk, but a bit annoying to get it all working.
