Review on Flex Tape Rubberized Waterproof White Painting Supplies & Wall Treatments by Mufti Carter

A day apart I bought 2 packs of Revain white tape and 2 packs of Home Depot white tape. The Revain product had a paper backing on the top and bottom of each roll, while the HD product did not. The Revain product was problematic, the tape wouldn't separate from the plastic backing and it clearly wasn't what I got in HD. The HD product came off the substrate more easily and was much easier to handle and apply. I don't know what's going on here, but I wanted to make an observation. The real product is wonderful and I have used it for all kinds of applications. If you're a homeowner, you need to have a roll handy. I've patched holes in hoses, patched makeshift patches in rotting wood under gutters along the roofline, to name a few. No, if you wet it before applying it's not very good, so I'm not at all sure if it can be applied underwater.
