I bought it twice - thought I must have a bad piece. Both times the quality was below average and the product didn't work as advertised on my iPhone XR; Both times I got a horrible "This product is not supported" message from my phone and stopped charging. As a result, I couldn't use my audio while the phone was charging at the same time - exactly the reason I bought this product in the first place.
