Difficult to adjust Good for women
They are awkward to use for two reasons. 1. I have a hard time getting used to my head. The elastic band is too big for my head. 2. The clips on the temples don't tighten enough around the narrow temples so they fall completely off my glasses when I try to remove them by pressing the release tab. They'll probably fit better on a man's head with wider headphones.
