Not flexible, holds coil shape and difficult to deal with.
Ignore the "platinum flexplus" on the box because this hose isn't flexible. Its a total pain to use. It binds up and tries to keep its shape, turning it into a tangled wad that is shorter than my original hose. I see some saying you have to lay it out completely when using. I'll try that but it also sounds like a nuisance. Honestly, if length is your issue you're better off getting their cheaper version. If you want a flexible hose you'll have to pay more. I don't think this host is worth the price.
