The system was easy enough to use that I could train my team members without any problems at all. We were able to track our progress with each participant as we moved through the process. There really wasn't anything i disliked about it but there also nothing i liked either. It would be nice if they had some more templates available when creating incentives so that training new employees wouldn't take nearly as long as it did once we started using HMI. If anyone wants to have a great system to run their HR department's employee incentives this is exactly what you're looking for!
