Great service and quick response times!!!

The best part about this system was that it allowed us as managers (and employees) access into our own data which we could use when applying incentives via their website! It gave me peace knowing I had all my information available at any given time during application process so there were no surprises later down the road with missing info/data etc.. There wasn't much dislike from anything really but some people may not be used to using technology like they once did before computers became such

User friendly system for employee incentives

The system was easy enough to use that I could train my team members without any problems at all. We were able to track our progress with each participant as we moved through the process. There really wasn't anything i disliked about it but there also nothing i liked either. It would be nice if they had some more templates available when creating incentives so that training new employees wouldn't take nearly as long as it did once we started using HMI. If anyone wants to have a great system to
