Deceptive grill tool kit quality

Despite the product's apparent strength, the weight of the chicken itself broke off the part holding the vertical container to the pan as soon as I placed the chicken on the grate. make everything useless. It looks like the poor quality spot welding (if that was it), pressing the mounting tab onto the central vertical canister failed. I don't know how to fix this because any glue I'm familiar with can't handle the heat generated by the grill.
