Thin crust Pizza on my review.
Does not brown the crust as well as I would like. I do thin crust pizza and found I had to pre-bake the crust in a 450deg oven for 5 minutes before I added the toppings.
- made a nice crispy crust
- The pan can be difficult to store due to its large size and awkward shape
