Not even close to "plug and play "!
This product isn't even the same size dimension as the original, and the wiring is not even close. There were 2 power leads for the lights, nothing close to the original, no instructions, no pigtails to convert the wiring. It looks decent enough, but I'm not going to tear up the truck's wiring to install this thing. Pretty much useless.
