The paddleboard itself is great, especially for the price. I had no problem putting the board or any type of padding on it. The case and pen, on the other hand, didn't last more than a few times when I took them out. When I grabbed the bag by the handle, the handle snapped under the weight. Also the handle you hold the touring paddle by is a bit too. The only other issue I had was that the little plastic clips that hold the fins in place are attached with a tiny piece of string. I would also be careful about putting the pump hose in your bag. When I first took it out, it kinked a little and the hose broke. UPDATE: Excellent customer service. 5 out of 5 stars
