Review on 🧵 Glow in The Dark Embroidery Machine Thread: Simthread Performance 1100Y 6C by Sasha Hsiao

Tested the glow in the dark thread I received a few days ago. I also wanted to see if I could use a little freehand design/drawing. Needle 75/11 Material 100% cotton. Dress = 513 of 63 pieces Green glow-in-the-dark thread. I put both through the needle. Wings = 542 of 63 sts and blue glow in the dark also doubled through needle. After three tornadoes here in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we had heavy cloud cover today. The item only received 2 hours of sunlight on it. Glow in the Dark requires a lot of juice, but it works. After two or three minutes, the glow began to fade. The design itself was small but gave food for thought. Next time you will need to use a different needle size to avoid breaking the glow thread.
